Returns
If you're unhappy with your KOBO product for any reason, just send it back to us and we'll replace the item. Please note that all Returns must include the original receipt, and must be shipped to us within 2 business days of delivery. Kindly let us know the reason for the return, examples below:
- Was your order damaged during Shipping?
- Is it somehow faulty?
- Did we send the wrong product?
- Not what you expected?
If your order arrived damaged, or a shipping error occurred, we will gladly replace your order free of charge. (Please be prepared to send a photo of the damaged item and shipping label). If you are returning your product for any other reason, please ensure that the product is returned to us in resalable condition and everything that was in the box remains in the box.
